New Build Mortgage & Protection Advisor (Self-Employed)

About the role

We are seeking a self‑employed New Build Mortgage & Protection Advisor to work remotely serving clients in North West and North East England. The role focuses on providing mortgage and protection advice for new‑build properties, building relationships with developers and delivering a high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum two years’ experience delivering mortgage advice.
• Experience with new‑build mortgages is preferred.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with local developers, site teams and regional stakeholders.
• Willingness to work weekends to meet customer and developer demand.
• Commercially minded and motivated to grow a business.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using mortgage sourcing software.
