New Business Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated New Business Executive to join our growing Manchester studio. You will work closely with client services and internal teams to identify and secure new business opportunities for our advertising and creative services.

Key responsibilities

• Research, network and outreach to acquire new clients.
• Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and pitches.
• Maintain accurate lead, pipeline and forecast records in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, creative, production and account teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Stay informed on Tag’s services and market trends to provide valuable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of business development experience in advertising or creative industries.
• Strong understanding of film, photography, post‑production and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
