New Business Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious New Business Manager to drive property acquisition and revenue growth for a leading UK holiday letting business operating across West Scotland and the Islands. This field‑based role will see you acting as a brand ambassador, building relationships with owners and partners, and delivering an exceptional owner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure high‑quality holiday let properties across West Scotland and the Islands.
• Develop and nurture relationships with property owners, estate agents, developers and local partners.
• Create pricing strategies, negotiate contracts and ensure successful property launches.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless owner experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development, account management or field‑based sales.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently in a defined territory.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to attend events and occasional evenings/weekends.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and develop pricing strategies.
