About the role

Join the West London dealership of Stellantis &You as a New Car Sales Advisor. You will be the front‑line consultant helping customers choose from a range of iconic brands while working towards an OTE of £60,000.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with walk‑in and inbound customers to understand their vehicle needs.
• Present and demonstrate new cars from Stellantis brands, highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing, finance options and add‑on services to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Collaborate with the dealership team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Commitment to delivering high levels of service and meeting sales targets.
