New Car Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join a thriving franchised dealership in Stockport. You will be the front‑line ambassador for the showroom, delivering exceptional customer service and driving vehicle sales in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs and guide them through the car buying journey.
• Present new‑car models, highlight features and benefits, and conduct test drives.
• Negotiate pricing, finance options and add‑on products to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, quotations and sales in the dealership system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while up‑selling accessories and warranties.
• Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record in new‑car sales or a comparable retail sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, well‑presented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Competence in using dealership sales software and basic IT tools.
