New Car Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our Birmingham Central team. You will work closely with the sales department, driving performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
• Manage departmental deadlines while delivering best‑in‑class customer service.
• Recruit, select and onboard new talent for the sales team.
• Develop and support team members to achieve individual and business targets.
• Lead the sales process for new vehicles, driving revenue and market share.

• Proven experience in new‑car sales management.
• Strong communication and planning abilities.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Commitment to coaching and developing team members.
