About the role
The New Homes Manager will act as the primary liaison between developers and Barnard Marcus branches across South London. Working Monday to Friday, you will shape the new‑homes strategy, drive instructions, and optimise pricing to maximise revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute new‑homes strategies for the Battersea and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain B2B relationships with developers, housebuilders and the internal estate agency network.
- Identify market opportunities, advise on positioning and set pricing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and deliver regular reports to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless delivery of new‑home instructions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in estate agency – listing, valuation or branch management.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work autonomously.
- Full UK driving licence.
