New Homes Manager – South East London

About the role

The New Homes Manager will lead Alan de Maid’s New Homes division across the South East London area, acting as the primary liaison between developers, housebuilders and our estate agency branches. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will enjoy full autonomy and a Monday‑Friday onsite schedule while shaping the region’s new‑home strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute new‑home acquisition and pricing strategies for Bromley and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain B2B relationships with developers and housebuilders to secure instruction pipelines.
• Analyse market trends to advise on positioning and maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with branch teams to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Monitor and report on sales metrics, pricing effectiveness and developer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency – listing, valuation or branch management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to work strategically.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
