New Homes Sales Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused New Homes Sales Advisor to join our team in Rainham, supporting Connells’ new‑home developments. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them from initial enquiry through to hand‑over of the keys, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle for new‑home properties, from lead generation to contract completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, internal colleagues and purchasers.
• Conduct property viewings, present development features and negotiate offers.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, specifications and financing options.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system and report on sales performance.
• Attend site visits and open houses, often on weekends, to meet customer demand.

Required profile

• Experience in new‑home sales or estate agency is preferred, though strong sales backgrounds from other sectors are considered.
• Passion for property and delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Confident, proactive and able to manage a busy development site.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
