About the role

Join a leading, award‑winning property business as a New Homes Sales Consultant in Whitstable. You will guide prospective buyers through every stage of the purchase journey, helping them find their perfect new‑build home while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome prospective purchasers and provide a high‑standard, personalised service.
• Conduct viewings and showcase new‑build developments.
• Qualify buyers, understand their requirements and match them to suitable properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and developers.
• Present relevant products and services to maximise sales opportunities.
• Generate referrals and identify additional business prospects.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in New Homes Sales or Residential Estate Agency.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Well‑presented, organised and professional.
• Commercially aware with a target‑driven mindset.
• Positive, proactive and able to work independently.
• Flexible and committed to delivering results.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary from £27,000 (depending on experience).
• On‑target earnings (OTE) £45,000‑£50,000 with uncapped commission.
• Wednesday‑to‑Sunday working pattern.
