New Partner Experience Team Lead – French Market

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a New Partner Experience Team Lead to manage a team of agents who onboard new restaurants across the French market. Based in Manchester, you will work on a hybrid schedule, guiding partners through their first eight weeks on the platform and helping them grow order volume.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of New Partner Experience agents, ensuring high standards of performance and attendance.
• Coach the team to develop onboarding skills and improve customer interactions.
• Provide regular reporting on team results and refine onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads to share best practices and drive collective performance.
• Set and monitor performance targets, implementing action plans to achieve them.
• Ensure partner restaurants are comfortable using Deliveroo’s systems and can maximise their partnership.

Required profile

• Fluent or native proficiency in English and French.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience in account management or customer service is desirable.
• Ability to work towards targets with a proactive attitude.
