New Sales Executive - Enterprise Connectivity & Networking

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑savvy Sales Executive to drive new‑business growth for enterprise connectivity and networking solutions. This consultative role blends deep knowledge of fibre‑optic infrastructure with commercial acumen to help clients future‑proof their networks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential enterprise clients across the South East England region.
• Generate and nurture leads, qualify opportunities and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Prepare tender bids, quotations and deliver compelling presentations.
• Close new contracts and expand existing accounts by promoting a full portfolio of fibre, active equipment and data‑connectivity solutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and service teams to ensure comprehensive solution delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales, new‑business development and lead generation within telecoms, datacomms or networking.
• Strong understanding of fibre‑optic infrastructure, optical transport and Ethernet/IP technologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working both in the office and in the field.

What we offer

• Base salary £40,000‑£50,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings up to £100,000.
