Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor – Kendal

About the role

Harrison‑Drury is seeking a newly qualified solicitor with a passion for commercial property to join its Commercial Property team in Kendal. You will work closely with clients and agents, providing proactive advice, drafting documentation and managing cases through the firm’s case management system.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of commercial property matters with supervision.
• Liaise with supervisors and other service‑line teams to manage workload.
• Deliver excellent client service and develop strong client relationships.
• Provide support to team members as required.
• Negotiate and draft transactional paperwork, produce advice and guidance.
• Contribute to the team’s objectives and promote the firm’s values.

Required profile

• A qualified solicitor who has completed a seat in a commercial property department.
• Ability to manage own caseload with some supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Effective communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and capable of business development activities.
