About the role

This newly qualified solicitor position focuses on Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and large‑scale projects. Based in Bristol, you will join a supportive team that works on high‑profile, nationally significant matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist market‑leading experts on complex PFI and project matters across sectors such as energy, defence, infrastructure and public procurement.
• Provide advice on regulatory frameworks, innovative commercial models and major procurement processes.
• Support household‑name clients, contribute to national policy objectives and help shape transformative projects across the UK.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor with at least a six‑month seat in Projects.
• Interest in sectors like energy, defence, infrastructure or public procurement is advantageous.
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning from senior practitioners.
