About the role
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) to start their teaching career in primary schools across the Wirral from September 2026. Both supply (flexible) and long‑term placements are available, covering EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support pupils in reaching their full potential.
- Create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide targeted support.
- Collaborate with school staff to maintain high‑quality education standards.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected by Summer 2026.
- Genuine passion for primary education.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Reliability, flexibility and commitment to safeguarding children.
