About the role

We are seeking a newly qualified Private Client Solicitor to join a well‑established law firm in Cheltenham. The role offers the chance to work on a varied, high‑quality caseload within a supportive department and benefit from strong supervision and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting wills and providing estate planning advice
• Handling probate and estate administration matters
• Preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney
• Managing Court of Protection cases where applicable
• Providing ongoing client advisory services and building long‑term relationships

Required profile

• Newly qualified or up to 1 year post‑qualification experience in Private Client
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities
• Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive
• Motivated to develop a long‑term career in Private Client law
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
