About the role

An exciting opportunity for a newly qualified private client solicitor to join a reputable, well‑established team in Leatherhead. The role offers hands‑on exposure, direct client contact and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney.
• Handling estate administration, probate work and inheritance tax considerations.
• Managing trust creation and administration.
• Working on elderly client matters and Court of Protection issues.
• Advising families, individuals and business owners on succession planning.
• Assisting with business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor (or soon to qualify) with a seat in Private Client.
• Strong communication skills and client‑focused approach.
• Proactive mindset eager to develop expertise in trusts, tax and estate planning.
