About the role
We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor with commercial property litigation experience to join our Land and Property Dispute Resolution team. The role offers the chance to manage your own caseload, support senior fee earners and contribute to the growth of a nationally recognised practice.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage property litigation matters under appropriate supervision, including landlord‑tenant disputes, real‑estate litigation and contractual claims.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings and court documents.
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and court officials.
- Support senior solicitors and contribute to internal and external team development initiatives.
Required profile
- Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with some experience in commercial property litigation.
- Motivated, ambitious and able to work independently on a varied caseload.
- Willing to develop a specialist career in property litigation.
- Commitment to the firm’s collaborative culture and client‑focused approach.
