Night Ambassador – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Join citizenM as a Night Ambassador, the face of the hotel during the overnight hours. You will combine hospitality, barista, and concierge skills to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay, even at 3 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and assist with self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a local concierge, providing recommendations on dining, shopping, and nightlife.
• Maintain the living‑room area, clean the canteen, and set up food displays for the next shift.
• Handle reservations and perform the nightly audit using the property management system (PMS).
• Manage keys and oversee all night‑time operations, including emergency situations.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a friendly, guest‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with a property management system (PMS) for reservations and night audit.
