About the role

Premier Work Support is seeking a Night Assembly Operative to join its Medway Towns facility on a temporary basis. The position runs from 5:45 pm to 4:00 am, Monday to Thursday, offering a consistent four‑night working week.

Key responsibilities

Perform assembly tasks on the production line during night shifts.
Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe factory environment.
Report any issues or defects to the shift supervisor.

Required profile

Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Comfortable working in a factory setting.
Ability to work night hours and follow safety procedures.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new assembly techniques.
