Night Auditor – Full‑Time Role

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Fairmont St. Andrews as a Night Auditor. Working overnight, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and ensure the hotel operates smoothly while completing essential end‑of‑day financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational assistance during the night in the absence of other departmental colleagues or managers.
• Complete end‑of‑day audit processes across the Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Act as the main contact for guest queries, late arrivals, and early departures.
• Prepare guest accounts and verify the accuracy of all financial transactions.
• Conduct regular security checks to maintain guest and staff safety.
• Handle calls, reservation enquiries, and guest requests throughout the night.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure exceptional service.

Required profile

• Confident and professional communicator.
• Enjoys working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling figures and reports.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management System (PMS) software.
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
