Night Bank Registered Nurse

About the role

Excelcare Holdings is seeking a Bank Night Registered Nurse to join the team at Windmill Lodge Care Home in Brixton Hill, London. You will work the night shift (8 pm – 8 am) providing high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care to older residents with diverse needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medication safely and accurately during night hours.
• Monitor residents and support the care team in delivering clinical care.
• Develop, review, and update individual care plans and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and report to the Deputy Manager.
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice through meaningful activities.

Required profile

• Valid UK NMC PIN number.
• Knowledge of NMC and CQC regulatory frameworks.
• Passion for working with older adults.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
