About the role
Join The New Deanery care home in Braintree as a Night Care Assistant on a bank basis, providing compassionate support to residents during the night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including washing and dressing.
- Support residents during meals by helping with eating and drinking.
- Complete daily care plans and record observations.
- Assist with resident mobility and transfers.
Required profile
- Share the home’s values of compassion, responsiveness and person‑centred care.
- Commit to creating a warm, friendly, safe environment for residents and staff.
- Willingness to engage in training and self‑development.
