Night Care Assistant – Poole

About the role

Join the caring team at Chalgrove Care Home in Poole as a Night Care Assistant. You will provide compassionate, person‑centred support to residents during night hours, helping them feel safe, comfortable and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support residents with medication administration and accurate record‑keeping.
• Promote dignity, independence and well‑being throughout the night shift.
• Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
• Encourage participation in activities, hobbies and social engagement.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure outstanding person‑centred care.

Required profile

• Kind, compassionate and motivated to help others.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
• Willingness to work alternate weekends and night shifts.
