Night Care Assistant – Residential Home

About the role
As a Night Care Assistant at Horse Fair Care Home, you will provide compassionate, high‑quality personal care to residents during the night shift. You will work closely with the care team to ensure continuity of services and a safe, comfortable environment for all residents.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene tasks while preserving dignity and independence.
- Identify and report clinical risk factors such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risk, or signs of infection.
- Treat residents and visitors courteously, respecting each individual's uniqueness.
- Follow safe working practices for all tasks performed during the night shift.
Required profile
- Demonstrates caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable values.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative, respect for residents and colleagues, and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to adapt to short‑notice responsibilities.
