Night Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a professional Night Concierge to join a prestigious residential development in SE1, London. Working the 7 pm‑7 am shift, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering a high‑standard, personalised service throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and visitors warmly at the concierge desk and lobby.
• Anticipate and fulfil resident requests such as refreshments, table clearing, printing, and organising private events.
• Maintain accurate logs of resident and visitor activity.
• Uphold the building’s immaculate appearance and ensure all operational standards are met.
• Engage regularly with the building management team and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support, motivate and develop members of the concierge team.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in residential or luxury hotel environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and follow established policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
