Night Concierge

About the role

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a Night Concierge to join its residential development in Stratford, London. Working the night shift (19:00‑07:00) you will be the primary point of contact for residents, guests and contractors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑desk service and support for 220 apartments, including handling enquiries and complaints.
• Maintain the residents’ roof terrace and common areas during night hours.
• Coordinate with external contractors and manage feedback in real time.
• Promote a positive, secure atmosphere for residents and visitors.
• Document incidents and communicate relevant information to the day‑time team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for resident satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify performance improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm approach to handling complaints.
• Team‑player who builds solid relationships with residents, guests and contractors.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
