Night Facilities Supervisor

About the role

Kitt is looking for a Night Facilities Supervisor to ensure our client office spaces across London remain immaculate and safe during night hours. You will be the primary point of contact for inspections, emergency coordination, and supplier management when the buildings are quiet.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of cleaning and maintenance work performed by suppliers and internal staff.
• Manage emergency situations with contractors, arrange out‑of‑hours work and oversee site access.
• Document inspection results, flag non‑compliance, and report findings to the Operations team.
• Assess cleaning procedures, suggest improvements and work with suppliers to resolve deficiencies.
• Perform inventory checks for cleaning supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality inspection, cleaning, facilities management or a related field within managed offices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and make decisions without supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel to multiple London sites at night.
• Valid clean driving licence.
