Night Porter – Hotel Guest Services

About the role

Join Dalata’s friendly hospitality team as a Night Porter, providing essential guest services and maintaining a clean, safe environment throughout the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out as required and assist with luggage/porterage.
• Clean and tidy public areas including lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floors, staff areas and meeting rooms.
• Follow the nightly checklist to clean additional zones, set up function rooms and the breakfast area.
• Maintain the front entrance and exterior of the hotel, empty bins and remove rubbish.
• Know and apply hotel fire procedures to ensure safety of staff and guests.
• Set up meeting rooms according to specifications.

Required profile

• Experience working with customers.
• Good spoken English.
• Strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment.
• Team‑player attitude.
