Night Porter

About the role

The Night Porter supports the Night Management team to ensure guest comfort, safety and service throughout the evening and overnight periods at Cameron House, a 5‑star resort on Loch Lomond.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly welcomes and respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Offer information on resort facilities and promote guest experiences.
• Manage keys for rooms and suites, assist guests with room overviews and luggage handling.
• Coordinate guest and team transportation, including valet parking.
• Assist with room service orders, deliveries and visitor/contractor registration.
• Operate Front Office IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Resort Suite, HotSOS, Bartech and VingCard.
• Perform basic administration, printing and distribution of reports.
• Carry out fire team duties, lobby and corridor cleanliness, security patrols and fire‑exit checks using the Cogard system.
