Night Porter

About the role

Join the De Vere Beaumont Estate team as a Night Porter, providing warm, attentive service to guests and ensuring the hotel runs smoothly during the overnight hours.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest requests and provide a friendly service between 10:30 pm and 7:00 am.
• Carry out regular safety, security and cleanliness checks throughout the property.
• Set up conference rooms, meeting spaces and refreshment stations for the following day.
• Collaborate with Nights and Events colleagues to support late‑night weddings and events.
• Work a rota of five nights per week, including weekends.

Required profile

• Comfortable with night‑shift patterns and enjoys working independently.
• Friendly, reliable and responsible with a strong eye for detail.
• Understanding of safety and security procedures in a large hotel.
• Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience is helpful but not essential; full training is provided.
