Night Reception Team Member – Full Time

About the role

Join the Night Reception team at Travelodge London Wembley. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving overnight, ensuring a smooth check‑in experience and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, process check‑ins and issue room keys.
• Patrol corridors regularly and address noise complaints or disturbances.
• Handle evictions and other guest issues in accordance with hotel policy.
• Prepare the hotel for the next day, including setting up housekeeping trolleys and breakfast service.
• Assist with bar service when required.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – we provide full training.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Friendly, supportive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
