About the role
Join the Night Reception team at Travelodge Swindon Central on a full‑time basis. No prior experience is required – we will train you to deliver excellent guest service during the night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and process check‑ins.
- Patrol corridors regularly and address noise complaints or evictions.
- Prepare housekeeping trolleys and set up the hotel for the next day.
- Assist with breakfast service preparation and occasional bar duties.
Required profile
- No previous hospitality experience needed; willingness to learn.
- Enthusiastic about working in a fun, supportive, family‑feel team.
