Night Reception Team Member – Part Time (Gatwick)

About the role

Join Travelodge Gatwick Airport Central as a Night Reception Team Member on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving overnight, ensuring a smooth check‑in experience and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, complete check‑ins and issue room keys.
• Patrol corridors regularly and address issues such as noise complaints or evictions.
• Prepare the hotel for the next day by setting up housekeeping trolleys and assisting with breakfast service.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar and support other front‑of‑house duties.

Required profile

• No prior experience required – full training provided.
• Willingness to work night shifts and handle guest enquiries.
• Ability to perform basic housekeeping set‑up and assist with breakfast service.
• Friendly, reliable and able to work as part of a supportive team.
