Night Reception Team Member – Part Time

About the role

Join the friendly night team at Travelodge Basildon and be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours. No prior experience is required – we will train you to deliver a smooth check‑in experience and keep the hotel running overnight.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, process check‑ins and issue room keys.
• Patrol corridors regularly and respond to noise complaints or evictions.
• Prepare the hotel for the next day by setting up housekeeping trolleys and restocking supplies.
• Assist with breakfast service setup and occasional bar duties.

Required profile

• Available to work night shifts on a part‑time basis.
• Positive attitude, reliable and able to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn hotel procedures and customer service standards.
