Night Reception Team Member – Part‑Time (16 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Travelodge Thurrock Lakeside as a Night Reception Team Member on a part‑time basis. You will work two nights per week, from 11 pm to 7 am, providing a warm welcome to guests and ensuring the hotel is ready for the next day.

Key responsibilities

• Check‑in guests and issue room keys during the night shift.
• Patrol corridors regularly and address issues such as noise complaints or evictions.
• Prepare the hotel for the following day by organising housekeeping trolleys and setting up breakfast service.
• Assist with bar service when required.

Required profile

• No prior hospitality experience required – full training will be provided.
• Availability to work nights, including weekends, on a 16‑hour weekly schedule.
• Friendly, supportive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Required skills

• Basic customer service and communication skills.
