Night Reception Team Member – Part‑time

About the role

Join the Night Reception team at Travelodge Milton Keynes on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving overnight, ensuring a smooth check‑in experience and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, complete check‑in procedures and issue room keys.
• Monitor corridors regularly, handling noise complaints and, when necessary, evictions.
• Prepare the hotel for the following day by organising housekeeping trolleys and setting up breakfast service.
• Assist with bar duties and occasional food‑and‑drink service during the night shift.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently during night hours.
• Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience required.
