Night Receptionist

About the role
We are looking for a friendly Night Receptionist to join our Defence team on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring a warm and efficient experience during night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors.
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous manner.
- Provide administrative support across a variety of areas.
- Manage ordering and distribution of office supplies.
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Team‑player attitude and ability to build good working relationships.
- Reliable timekeeping and consistent attendance.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
