About the role

As a Night Replenishment Supermarket Assistant you will help keep the store shelves fully stocked and ensure customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. Working the night shift, you will support the store’s operations by handling stock, online orders and maintaining a safe, tidy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Replenish shelves to keep products available and correctly placed.
• Prepare online customer orders for delivery drivers.
• Reduce waste by applying markdowns to items nearing their sell‑by dates.
• Assist with checkout, Click & Collect, and on‑demand customer orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area through general shop‑keeping tasks.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Flexible approach to support the whole branch during night hours.
• Interest in food and drink trends is desirable.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role is welcomed.
