Night Shift Machine Setter / Supervisor

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well‑established and growing manufacturing company for a Machine Setter / Supervisor to join their permanent night shift team. This role is ideal for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter ready to progress into supervision, or an established Supervisor who enjoys a hands‑on technical role.

Key responsibilities

• Setting and operating injection moulding machines.
• Mould tool changes and troubleshooting.
• Optimising production and cycle times.
• Leading and supporting the night shift team of six operators.
• Maintaining quality, Health & Safety and housekeeping standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement and automation projects.

Required profile

• Injection moulding Setter/Technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and mould tool change skills.
• Good manufacturing and quality knowledge.
• Confident working independently on nights.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Supervisory/team leader experience (desirable).
