Night Shift Production Line Technician – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Night Shift Production Line Technician to join a global FMCG food manufacturer. Working 12‑hour shifts on a 4‑on/4‑off pattern, you will ensure the smooth operation of the materials/ingredients production line.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Act as the first responder for fault finding and resolve issues that stop production.
• Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or process‑related problems.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Document line operations, adjustments and maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and support new technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a line‑technician or maintenance role within FMCG or high‑speed manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
• Good knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards in a production setting.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
