Night Shift Retail Manager

About the role

Join Lidl as a Night Shift Retail Manager and lead a dynamic team during the overnight hours. You will ensure the store runs smoothly, maintain high standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, support and develop the night‑shift team.
• Delegate tasks, solve problems quickly and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Manager.
• Oversee freshness, cash handling, inventory and stock management to keep the shift running efficiently.
• Provide customers with a consistently high‑quality shopping experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a sizeable team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively and keep calm under pressure.
• Friendly, patient demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Passion for contributing to store success and supporting colleagues.
