Night Shift Stock Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Stock Administrator to join our night‑shift team in Tamworth. You will be responsible for investigating stock discrepancies, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the smooth operation of a busy warehouse serving Premier Foods.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies to meet customer and site SLAs.
• Perform stock adjustments, PI counts and stock consolidation activities.
• Analyse problem pallets and non‑moving stock, and produce related reports.
• Conduct warehouse floor checks and collaborate with operational teams to address issues.
• Generate customer and operational reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, stock control or warehouse environments.
• Strong numeracy, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Good communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Red Prairie/DLX preferred).
