About the role

Join Greencore’s fast‑moving distribution depot in Sittingbourne as a Night Shift Warehouse Operative. You will work in a cold‑store environment, handling ready‑picked orders and ensuring they are routed correctly during the 8 pm‑4:30 am shift.

Key responsibilities

• Separate ready‑picked orders from pallets and place them onto predetermined routes.
• Log any missing orders and report them to the Management Team at the end of each shift.
• Stack trays in their designated locations before the shift ends.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas at all times.
• Wear all issued personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Ability to work night hours (8 pm‑4:30 am) on a 5‑day‑on, 2‑day‑off pattern.
• Capable of meeting time‑sensitive deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail for accurate order handling and reporting.
• Commitment to health and safety standards, including PPE usage.
