Night Support Worker – 3 Nights per Week

About the role

Join Voyage Care as a Night Support Worker in St Albans, providing compassionate care during the overnight shift (21:00‑07:00). You will work three nights a week, helping service users develop independence and enjoy a vibrant community life.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support to service users during night hours.
• Teach and encourage daily life skills, such as cooking, personal hygiene and community engagement.
• Facilitate social activities, outings, and therapeutic sessions (e.g., music, art, themed events).
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any incidents.
• Collaborate with the residential team to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for improving the quality of life of people you support.
• Reliability, empathy and a caring attitude.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
