Night Support Worker

About the role

Provide high‑quality, person‑centred support during night hours in a specialist residential care setting for individuals with complex mental and physical health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and mealtimes while promoting independence.
• Follow individual care plans and support structured daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and dignified environment throughout the night shift.
• Respond sensitively to changing resident needs and emergencies.
• Collaborate closely with the wider care team to ensure consistent, high‑standard care.

• Previous care experience or relevant qualification is beneficial but not essential.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly rate £12.71‑£13.21.
• Average of 6 hours per week, every other Saturday night (18:45‑07:00).
• Paid DBS check, pension scheme, uniform provision.
