Night Team Leader

About the role

The Night Team Leader will provide on‑site leadership for the night shift at Bay Court Care Home, ensuring safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care for 80 residents. You will work closely with nursing and management teams to maintain standards and support compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead night shifts, supervising and supporting care staff.
• Coordinate delivery of care, including care planning, medication administration, documentation and risk management.
• Ensure all practices meet regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
• Act as a role model, promoting positive working practices and staff development.
• Contribute to audits, reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Medication administration training with competency.
• Experience leading or supporting a care team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Caring, compassionate and professional approach.

What we offer

• £15.00 per hour contract.
• Full‑time or part‑time hours.
