Night Warehouse Operative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Night Warehouse Operative to join our Runcorn site. You will work the 22:00‑06:00 shift from Sunday to Thursday, supporting the fast‑paced logistics operation that supplies Screwfix stores across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out inbound, outbound and stock‑control activities throughout the night shift.
• Pick and pack retail orders accurately, handling stock with care.
• Meet operational KPIs and targets both independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment following SOPs and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Any previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve targets.
• Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
