Night Warehouse Operative – Night Shift

About the role

DX Network Services is looking for a Night Warehouse Operative to join its Burnley site. This full‑time night‑shift position involves loading and unloading freight safely, supporting delivery routes and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Represent DX in a professional manner at all times.
• Follow all manual‑handling and safety policies, using the correct personal protective equipment.
• Handle freight with care, using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring paperwork and scanner information match the freight.
• Report any damages or suspicious activity immediately to the line manager.
• Secure freight and company assets throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Ability to work night shifts consistently.
• Commitment to follow DX procedures, policies and health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail when checking freight against documentation.
• Physical capability to lift and move freight safely.
