Nighttime Healthcare Assistant – Luxury Retirement Home

About the role

You will join a well‑established 23‑bed residential care home to provide compassionate, high‑quality care during night shifts. Working alongside an experienced team, you will ensure residents feel safe, comfortable and dignified throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred, high‑quality care to residents during night hours.
• Assist with personal care, night‑time routines and mobility support.
• Carry out regular wellbeing and safety checks.
• Maintain accurate care records and promptly report any concerns.
• Build positive relationships with residents, their families and the care team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a care setting.
• Compassionate, reliable and caring nature.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
